#BlackHistoryMonth for Houston, TX:

Sylvester Turner, Mayor of Houston, Texas, I don’t have anything personal against you, but instead respect, consideration, and admiration for you and your noble accomplishments… However, I just can’t have any respect for what is still happening in your city and state to this day, especially on this 18th day of February, the Black History Month:

• You came out on TV sometimes in 2016, saying it was okay and understandable to go to a public safe place to stop at when being pulled over by Houston police… (That was right after activist Sandra Bland’s murder in Texas, a few other nationwide police brutalities, “fake police robberies” on interstate i-10 Katy Fwy…)

How on February 18th, 2016, I get unlawfully pulled over(while I was slowly struggling to exit my broken car out of the freeway WITH MY EMERGENCY lights-on…), detained and searched by a group of white police officers, obviously racists, hi-fiving and celebrating saying “what a big catch/fish”, as they keep going back and forth to their cars’ computer to read more information… (what the heck else y’all be writing in your notes or databases… to be majorly tracking and hunting down black people like that…???)

(I was shocked! a big fish? a catch? What; are we hunting? …so the complaining people on TV was never exaggerating, things alike do happen and in plain Harris County, Houston, Texas, one of the supposedly “most civilized” cities in the world  with The NASA Space Center…; well, at least to the eyes of the world…); and arrested because I mentally  challenged the police officer in asking him to explain, plus telling him “you owe me some apologies for this…”(which the police officer responded, “you know I  can still hit you with “Evading Arrest…” because you did not stop immediately; which I asked him to define and later I responded that I do not believe the law would say such things… plus the mayor said…)

This was enough for this officer to feel challenged enough to get on his phone while saying I know somebody who would take this charge…

I had to sit there and watch the dirty side of Houston, Texas police play out, as they put together a few calls to their supposedly “friends” who gave them the okay to unlawfully arrest me on “Evading Arrest…” charges, against the Texas Penal Code’s definition of that term…

All my attempts to reason these obviously racists and biased police officers were to no avail, while I kept being reminded by these officers that some famous Texas official had publicly responded to the government in Washington saying that the state of Texas does not have to be constitutionally correct… and that Texas has its own laws which are far different than other states…

They were not concerned about justice nor peace, nor “the fair and impartial administration of justice ”, as they swore before serving, they were more concerned about locking up another black man… and filling up another jail spot…

I was soon shattered to realize that thousands of black people(with similar cases or complaints) are carelessly held underground by the thousands, often unconstitutionally and abusively detained… (and OSHA knows about this…)

All proposed solutions to black people masse incarcerations in America only hypocritically cater to the issues and nothing seriously preventive is done… and nobody talks about it…

Thus, Silvester Turner, Mayor of Houston, Texas, I, W. Gilles Patrick O., S.A. G.P., from the Legitimate Royal Bloodline of the OUEDRAOGOs, consider you enough to publicly address and bring this matter before you, of course differently, as one of the key people capable of pivoting changes in what once seemed like helpless situations…

I have exhausted all administrative remedies in addressing these issues, to no avail to this day, which led me to also see and understand the organized nonsense, hypocrisies, racism, corruptions, and complicities going on even at circuit courts or higher courts levels and among judges… sabotaging and slowing down the whole black race… and still happening to this day, this is shameful!

How long more do they think they will get away with such things?

On this special day of Black History Month, and while elections are also ongoing in Houston, I am taking the opportunity to emphasize the current realities that the black communities are often sent in “wild geese chases”, dead-end, wrong ways, sabotaged and manipulated some kind of ways by decision-makers and some government officials…

Let us all remember that the Attorney General or Justice Department upholds the fair and impartial administration of justice.

As for me, I am doing my part in stopping and denouncing the ones who distorted my path through their racist and biased actions, and who I have also witnessed a pattern in illegal and condemning actions:

* Joanne Musick (My corrupt ineffective lawyer = current Harris County District Attorney = How you manipulate me talking about “Harris County Texas does not care if you are guilty or not…” advise me falsely, become an ADA soon after; and then manage to avoid, without consequences a higher court’s Judge subpoena order…) No respect! Get out of office! You did enough mess!

* Michael Abner (My incompetent lawyer = How you allow Fort Bend A.D.A. to threaten me behind the courtrooms… after unsuccessfully trying to hide video evidence in my favor… and still charge me for protecting the key evidence…) No respect either! Lose that hat! You even turned my friends and family against me for pressure…

* T. Jones (2017 Fort Bend County Assistant District Attorney = How you try to hide video evidence and then force me to accept a plea for protecting and preserving videos that help me beat you in court??? Shameful!) Y’all have been the black mascots used to jeopardize lots of black people’s brilliant future…

* Harris County, Houston, Texas Downtown Police = How you charge me falsely while you have me sitting down waiting to “talk to your boss”, when I called you over my ex breaking my midtown/downtown store items, on security cameras, and asked you to just intimidate her, not lock her up, but instead to ask her to sit at the next restaurant at my charge, while I fix my store damages; and complete my annual compliances filings and reporting requirements… (Though it was easily dismissed this is a grave violation to my rights… and freedom)

* Harris County and Fort Bend County Houston, Texas Polices, how do you perceive black people, for this to still be happening to this day…???

* Saul E. Greenstein (Texas INA judge = you’re a racist. Your own statistics and record will catch up with you…)

* Lisa Luis (Texas INA judge = How you have all your courtroom mock me, laugh at me, and discredit me on record when you figured I worked for Chase bank and have an extensive IT and Business background… Talking about “you do not believe me…” Well, here and here… and you then want to discuss taxes with me… Go ask Donald Trump, beast! You’re a racist, blunt ignorant and honestly do not belong to the Justice Department, nor deserve to represent it anyhow…)

* Brigitte Bowers (Conroe Assistant Warden = How you selectively build cases against people to detain them longer…)

* Supreme Court and 5th Circuit Court = Well, since y’all played along by reopening and denying my motion to seal your false publications and claims, let’s not deprive my freedom of speech and information access by restricting any further my published materials…

* Trump = you played a hard legal chess move many won’t get soon, by “updating” most key Supreme Court Justices/judges during your mandate; (“Like all Federal judges, Supreme Court Justices serve lifetime appointments on the Court“) how could he ever be convicted…??? Anyways, you’re making sure you continue to gain too much money from prisons, and detention centers that you continue to sponsor…

* To the incompetent ambassadors, officials, and professionals to whom I gave an opportunity to stand up for me in their capacities… I don’t blame y’all for not having the necessary self-confidence to act when needed, but more for only doing less than 10% of what your professional capacity represents. Why???
